Three decades in the courtroom
CC Conde was admitted to The Florida Bar in 1992 after earning her law degree at Western New England University School of Law and her bachelor's degree at the University of Miami. She has spent her career in Florida trial courts, much of it in the Sixth Judicial Circuit that serves Pasco and Pinellas counties.
Before entering private practice she served as an Assistant Public Defender in Pasco County, where the Sixth Circuit Public Defender's Office named her its Attorney of the Year in 2005. She has tried more than 150 jury trials, clerked for a judge in Dade County, and taught at Pasco-Hernando State College.
That courtroom time matters in an injury case. Insurance companies price a claim partly on whether the lawyer across the table will actually try it. A lawyer who has picked more than a hundred Pasco juries is treated differently from one who settles everything from a call center.

How she works an injury case
- She takes the first call. When you call Conde-Huggins, you are routed to CC or to staff who can reach her, not to a sales intake.
- She comes to you. Home, hospital room, rehab facility, or the office at 6609 Ridge Road, Suite 4. Pasco County is her backyard.
- She manages your care, not just your claim. Getting you to the right doctor inside Florida's 14-day PIP window, and keeping treatment documented, is the foundation of every case.
- She prepares every case as if it will be tried. Most claims settle. The ones that settle well are the ones the insurer believes will go to trial if they don't.

CC speaks Spanish. Clients and families who are more comfortable in Spanish can work with her directly, without an interpreter.
Outside the office
CC has lived and worked on the west side of Pasco and Pinellas for decades. She knows the US-19 corridor the way only someone who drives it does, and she has watched the county grow from a quiet retirement coast into one of the fastest-growing places in Florida. That growth is bringing more traffic, more crashes and more families who need someone local in their corner.
